The apartment has been decorated with utmost care for detail and comfort. Your penthouse apartment is on the top floor of our two story building. There are 2 double bedrooms with queen size beds, a sitting area, a large kitchen and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. It can accommodate four persons in the bedrooms and a folding bed can be placed upon request.

The lounge area has two sofas, LCD TV and a dining area.
This room leads onto a large terrace which is equipped with outdoor furniture and gets the afternoon sun. There are sunbeds and parasol to spend the whole summer here sipping your favorite cocktail! There is another large terrace facing the inner courtyard where you can soak up the morning sun!

To add to your comfort, there is air-conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, kitchenware and glasses, electric stove and oven and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment also has a safe, hair-dryer, a washing machine and ironing facilities available.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas and a secured gate parking is available for free.

Conveniently, you can arrive any time as the entrance to our property and your apartment are automatized and open with a unique access code, which you will receive before arrival. No more hassle with keys and calls, you are free to come and go.

Rules & Policies

• Bed linen, bathroom towels and final cleaning are all included in the rental price.
• Cots and folding beds can be arranged if needed.
• Check-in time is from 3pm onwards and check-out is usually by 11am.
• Please – no smoking inside the property and no pets.
• Payments in cash on arrival are possible only for last minute reservations and if agreed upon before arrival.
